Review: Multiple issues: 1. At our one year home warranty checklist, we noted our tub faucet was leaking & told by construction manager to call the plumber. I called 3 times over 2 months to be told plumber would not come out until issues w/Castle were resolved. I told Castle I was calling another plumber & wanted to be reimbursed $85. I am now told it's not a warranty issue but a maintenance issue and they won't reimburse us. The faucet was leaking after about 6 months!! This is not normal. 2. Multiple shingles on our roof have not been sealed properly since well before our 1 yr warranty was up and builder was well aware. We continue to lose them and builder will not replace the missing one now. Another roofer quoted $165 to replace. 3. Our siding on one side of our house buckled back in the summer last year and it was supposedly fixed but it's not. I had been in contact w/builder regarding issues but have not heard from them since mid March despite my email attempts.Desired Settlement: I would like reimbursement for the leaking faucet and to have the roof and siding corrected or reimbursed so I can have it fixed myself.
