Castle Car Wash

Review: Our vehicle was still dirty after the wash. We called the phone number on the door for problems. The manager answered and said he would send us a token to get the vehicle done over, gave him the necessary information.

We have not gotten the said token and he ignores my phone calls.Desired Settlement: The token to have the vehicle rewashed.

Car was still dirty after the wash. Called the phone number on the door listed for help with a problem. Talked with the maintenance person who said he would mail us a token to redo the wash. Token NEVER came and he has ignored my phone calls.
