My name is Lou *** New service Manager at Castle Chevrolet for the record.I started a few days prior to the resolution of this situation.I then authorized the repairs to be made by the dealership at no cost to thecustomer.I called the customer as far as a follow up and made sure all her
concerns were taken care of.I also assured her that her tires would be replaced under the tires for life program since she has maintained hervehicle as per schedule.At the closing of our conversation,she thanked me for calling and appreciates our service

At the beginning of the year Castle Chevrolet decided to change the way that we handle our oil change programWith the raise in the cost of the oil changes due to General Motors requiring the use of fully synthetic oil with every oil change we were forced to change the program while also giving a
great deal on the oil changes as wellAs you will see in the attachments we are offering oil changes for $and you will see how it stacks up against our competitorsWe still offer a free oil change program to all customers but we do as that regular service and maintenance is done at the dealer and oil change cost will be deducted from the billI am willing to offer Mr*** as a courtesy more free oil change before he will be responsible for the $If you have any other question please contact me. I bought a car thru dealer and they contacted gm financialI called both gm financial and car dealer but nothing has happened

A payoff check was sent in to GM Financial in the amount of $20,641.17 but was never cashed to close the account due to not having the account number on the check. I...

have put a stop payment on that check and will get send a payoff check to GM Financial in the amount of $20,213.74 top close the account and a check to Mr. [redacted] for $315.45.  Best,Patrick [redacted]

getting some of the money back is better then fighting and waiting and they admitted they overcharged me.
