Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:this was never a GM offer it was the castle offer and that was told to me multiple times by there employee that they offer this oil change to keep there customers coming backThis offer was made to me at there castle location on a different vehicle I purchased in villa park in and when castle north was put in in 2016? They followed the Villa Park and Berwyn locationsMy sister had her car since from Berwyn and was grandfather till she sold it this past monthI just feel they should honor there commitment to there customers and keep them loyalI no for a fact that they have many customers angry for breach of commitment that they madeI was told that my sister told them at north that I was mad about it and they told her back well her and other are all to badNot very business likeI just want them to honor my contractI pay for tire rotation every time I get a oil changeMaybe they shouldn’t have offer this to lure customers inThere offer of 29:is there new insentive program that there now offering to all customersMaybe they should honor people before 12/31/purchase Sincerely, Ann [redacted]

From: Dave [redacted] [mailto: [redacted] @castleguy.com] Sent: Tuesday, February 6, 8:PM To: Jennifer [redacted] Subject: Re: Revdex.com Complaints Hi Jennifer, Here is our response to the last complaint; Complaint # [redacted] Emillio [redacted] *** Boardwalk Elk Grove Village, Il Mr [redacted] brought his Chevrolet Astro Van into our service department for a complaint of no brakesHe had tried to repair the vehicle himself and was unable to do soUpon inspection we found he had cross threaded the new brake line fitting into the brake valve and it was leaking brake fluidWe did quote Mr [redacted] to repair the brake line and to bleed the brakes which we didUnfortunately, trying multiple times to bleed the brake master cylinder and ABS pump the vehicles brakes would not hold pressureWe then advised Mr [redacted] , that additional diagnosis and repairs would be necessary in order to repair the brakesHe declined those additional services We did charge Mr [redacted] for the labor and flushing kits used in the attempted repair to his vehicleThe work we performed would have needed to be done in order to fix the vehicle before we or anyone else could have known if there were any other defects in the braking systemTherefore, in my opinion, we were justified in charging Mr [redacted] for the work we performed and no refund will be offered Sincerely, Castle Chevrolet North LLC David [redacted] , GM

I am rejecting this response because:this was never a GM offer it was the castle offer and that was told to me multiple times by there employee that they offer this oil change to keep there customers coming back. This offer was made to me at there castle location on a different vehicle I purchased in villa park in 2010 and when castle north was put in in 2016? They followed the Villa Park and Berwyn locations. My sister had her car since 2009 from Berwyn and was grandfather till she sold it this past month. I just feel they should honor there commitment to there customers and keep them loyal. I no for a fact that they have many customers angry for breach of commitment that they made. I was told that my sister told them at north that I was mad about it and they told her back well her and 10000 other are all to bad. Not very business like. I just want them to honor my contract. I pay for tire rotation every time I get a oil change. Maybe they shouldn’t have offer this to lure customers in. There offer of 29:95 is there new insentive program that there now offering to all customers. Maybe they should honor people before 12/31/17 purchase.
