I met with Art C[redacted] several months ago, he was very congenial and spent quite a lot of time checking out the project. He said he would have a quote for me in a week to ten days. After two weeks, I called him. No response to my repeated voice mail messages. Weeks went by with no return call. I used a different cell phone and he picked up. I was one excuse after another. It has been months now, and I wouldn't use his company. He tells you one thing and doesn't follow through. He is not true to his word.
