Dear [redacted] ***I was out of town when Castle Heights Bijoux was first contacted by the Revdex.com I tried calling from [redacted] but I had very bad reception I will write a letter to address this complaint.I do want to say [redacted] mother in law sent me an e-mail complaining about the charges With [redacted] , permission, I responded to her e-mail I thought once she understood the agreement by her daughter-in-law and Castle Heights Bijoux she would be satisfied and the issue would be resolved but she continued to send me e-mails I believe the complaint you received was not by the consumer but by her mother in law After the wedding, I talk to both [redacted] and her husbandThey told me they were happy with everythingAfter I received the complaint by the mother in law, I did offer to speak to the actual customer's, [redacted] and her husband but they never called me I tried contacting [redacted] several times to meet with her and her husband in person but she never responded backThank you for allowing me to give my side of the story I will send you a response Tuesday, July 7, 2015.Best Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because I sent the complaint to Revdex.com, not my mother-in-law We were unhappy with the contract and the final invoiceAs a matter of fact we were furious! We did not receive a copy of the contract until after the wedding,therefore when the consultant kept changing/adding things we had nothing to compare toWe asked for a copy of the contract which was suppose to be emailed to meI never received it because something was wrong with my emailWhen we finally received the contract and the invoice and compared the two nothing matched up at allWe asked my mother-in-law to look at it and see should contact the venue and straighten things outShe tried to discuss this with the consultant, but so far the consultant has only said she gave us the wrong contractActually she charged us for items we didn't agree on before and she would change things to fit her needs and we just had to make it work for our scheduleAfter you get so close to your wedding and
Paid so much you can't just say I am not going to have my wedding thereThere were charges we should not have Paid but felt we had no choiceI did receive a request to meet with her without my mother-in-law,but were not going to do thatMy mother-in-law was with the first day we looked at the place and signed the contract and discussed costs, use, and signed the contractThe only way we would meet with her would be with my mother-in-law because she knows what she said and where all the differences are The consultant did not want that.Regards,
