Review: This business appears to have closed, and is still in possession of my clothes. They are not returning my repeated daily calls. I also noticed that at the business address, the location has been cleared out. Their equipment is no longer there, and has been ignoring my incessant calls to obtain a status of my clothes.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my clothing returned or I be compensated for the full cost of my things.

Review: Since February 2015 I have been trying to retrieve my clothes for my wedding. One of the items I purchased and brought in for alterations, and the other I purchased from her, and was pending her alterations. The [redacted] was told that I needed these clothes for my wedding, and as she was packing her customers' clothes in late March, she replied for me to "change the date".

My relative even intercepted the [redacted] in late March as she was packing her customers' belongings. That was the only way we knew that she moved. She told us that she would move into her new place in mid-April, but we still have not received any information telling us how I can obtain my clothing.

We have called the store's number (as well as her cell number) numerous times during the months of February, March, April and May, to no avail. We have even sent text messages, yet have NEVER heard back from her.Desired Settlement: I would like my wedding clothes in the condition I left them.

Review: I left my clothes there to be cleaned on Thursday the [redacted], they informed me to pick it up on that Saturday. However, they were not open Saturday, I tried to call, they have no answering machine. They were not open Monday, they were not open today on Tuesday. I need those clothes, they have not contacted me at all and I have called them several times and nobody ever answers.Desired Settlement: I just want my clothes back, even if they aren't clean.
