We happily give refunds within our return policy period to any customer who returns a product in re-sellable conditionIn this case the customer presented an item to us for return that he deemed defective when in reality the product was not wired properly and therefore resulted in the product failureThe product has two wire leads, one for 120v and one for 277v that are clearly markedThe customer had both wires twisted together proving that is was not wired properly and smelled of being burntNo further investigating was necessaryI am sorry the customer is unhappy but we can't be financially responsible for everyone who returns an item they blow out

I don't agree with their findings as the associate failed to demonstrate same test with a new product from the store. When I requested to show the same test with a new product all the sudden they were "out of stock". However, I was able to use the product. I'd like someone to review their business practice  this was very inconvenience and no one cared about. The feelings I got was it doesn't matter what you say.  I'd like a copy of their return policy.If the business doesn't accept returns on defective products, they need to write it on their return policy on the receipt.

Review: On 01/**/2015, I purchased a product and upon installation it was determined that product was not working properly. I brought the product back same day and asked for a replacement. The associate told me that the product was "burnt out", I checked the product myself and it works fine. It's just the emergency lights stay on all the time. When the associate was checking the product, I requested if he could bring out a brand new product and show me his findings on a new product. After talking to 2 of his associates, he tells me he has nothing in stock. The product is AtLite NY LED Combo. On the receipt it states refund within 10 days.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back. Going forward, I will not be shopping at this place.
