Castle Manufactured Homes, Inc.

The agreement was that I would rent to own a Single Wide Mobile from them. I made my last payment in April 2014 and they won't give me my title.I went into a contract with Castle Homes in April 2010. The agreement was that I would rent to own a [redacted] Single Wide Trailor located at [redacted] in the amount of $275.00 amount until it was paid off. I put down $3,000 and made all of my payments plus I made a $1,800 payment between Feb. 2014 to April 2014 not sure which month plus I made a payment every month for 4 years coming to a total of $18,000 which was the agreement purchase price. I made my last payment in May 2014. It is now October and I have yet to receive my title. I have went up their several times I have contacted Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] who is the owner never returns my phone calls and Mr. [redacted] said they would buy the trailor back then didn't. So, I asked for my title. He keeps tellimg me he sent in the paper work to get my title. But it has now been 5 months and I ahven't heard from them in a month and half. I have tried calling and I get no answer. When I go by the place of business no one is there. I am trying to sell the trailor since we no longer stay there but I can't without a title. I even asked them to pay for the trailor or give me the title. I kept getting the same response they sent the paper work off and now I can't get up with them. It didn't even take a week to get the deed to my new home, but yet it has taken 5 months and I still haven't gotten the title to my Single Wide Trailor. I want my title or $9,000 which is my asking price for the trailor. They have cost me sales and lot rent fees because I can't sale it and the lot rent still has to be paid. because I am unable to sell with out a title. I would like either the title or asking price which I have left messages telling them twice, now.
