I truly believe their denying me stay with my service animal was an honest mistake and a temporary lapse in judgement.

We have a standing rule that we accept dogs only in our free standing cabins---where there is no common wall with other units so that neighbors will not be disturbed by a pet next door However we always accept legitimate service dogs I understand and support the law and the guests need
to have the service dog In my nearly decades of owning lodges in Estes Park we had had a number of service dogs on our property. I will discuss this with my front desk staff today and see what caused this and then I will respond to you again with what I find out.I will also call Mr *** personally
