#[redacted].  This client’s complaint is totally unfounded as they were refunded their $65.00 deposit on the same day that the patient did not attend their scheduled appointment, May 17th 2017.  The patient and his mother (who I believe is the one that made the complaint), the client is an adult, both called into our office on this day and were extremely belligerent and using very foul language with our support staff over the phone.
