originally scheduled. During periods of extreme cold weather, many buildings urgently require deliveries and drivers do not have the luxury of waiting for superintendents to travel to their buildings and remove snow and ice. During a conversation with [redacted] over the weekend, one of our sales representatives determined, and explained to her, that the building was not in danger of running out of fuel oil.

Review: On Thursday, February [redacted], 2015. I called for an oil delivery for a [redacted] property I manage. A delivery was scheduled for Friday, 2/**. The driver of the delivery truck called to tell me that the spout for the oil delivery was covered with ice. The super for that building was unavailable. I told the driver that another super from another building I manage in [redacted] will clear the ice. It took him five minutes to get there. However, when he got there, the driver was gone. On Friday, that same day, the super cleared the ice and e-mailed me a picture. The same day I complained, Friday, 2/**, a representative of [redacted], also known as rescheduled the delivery for Saturday, 2/**. On Saturday, 2/**, the delivery truck came back on or around 1:00 pm. He (the driver) complained about the same thing - ice covering the spout. I once again called [redacted] and told him (the rep) that the ice was removed and I have the picture to prove it. I also gave him the phone number and apartment number of the super. As far as I know no one from [redacted] delivered the oil. What I fear most is that with the sub-zero temperature, the building will run out of oil and sixteen families will be without hear - not to mention freezing pipes.Desired Settlement: I don't know yet how much damage is going to come out of this. If the building runs out of oil, the building pipes will freeze. Coupled with that, the [redacted]. will issue a Heating Violation. These matters have a monetary consideration. If that be the case, I will contact my Lawyer.

Review: We recently moved into a new house. Castle oil was the previous owners oil company. We found and approved a different oil company for our oil service. About a month or 2 into moving in we received a statement from Castle oil saying they had delivered 47 gallons of oil. Unbeknownst to us the previous owner had either not cancelled the auto delivery or castle oil made a mistake. We did not order this delivery nor were we in need of oil at that point. No one looked to see the name on the mailbox had changed when they delivered this oil. After numerous calls to different people at Castle oil we were told that because we did not ask for this and were not even customers that the bill would be absolved and we owed nothing to castle oil. The issue is that we are still receiving bills, which now reflect late charges. I have spoken to a gentleman named Marlon numerous times and he has assured me that this was all taken care of and that we should have received a statement showing a zero balance. That statement has never arrived and I have received my third statement letter showing 2 finance charges.Desired Settlement: As we have been told over and over again, we want to receive a statement showing a zero balance owed. We also want to stop receiving stament balances with accrued charges.
