Louis this spring and early summer and the repairs will be completed as soon as the weather permits.
Per the applicable leases, the Owner encourages all tenants to insure any damage to their personal property due to losses arising from water damage. The Owner has offered the Complaintant temporary solutions pending the completion of the repairs at no cost to the Complaintant including relocation to another unit as requested, and the Owner has been awaiting the Complaintant's direction for the last couple of weeks.
