Review of Curb King (Gem State Curb Appeal) owner: Cristina Skeers DO NOT USE this company I called, she came out gave us an estimate (and left the paperwork) IT was about 3-weeks out and she said she would call the week of to confirm the date she provided She did not I called her and she confirmed "yes it would such a date in the a.m." The morning of the date, no show I called and she said "I don't show you on our books I advised I have the paperwork in front of me and provided her with the numberShe said "oh the crew must have the paperwork, let me check and I will call you right back Two hours later still no call back I started calling her with no answer Again, crappy service to the consumerWhen you make a misstate, own up to it How do companies like this stay in business If you are that busy you should not come out and provide bids Cristina, this is no way to run a business I will be putting this review out on every site I can find Remember, someday you will need the little consumers to stay in business
