Just a warning about this builder If you want something done make sure it is in writing and it is signed by himI would be watching step by step as he is building a foundation and putting the house onIf you have something that needs done, he will give you the BS on the phone and say he will get to itSome on the baseboards in the house do not match(in the same area)I know that he has been around maybe others don't want to start trouble or waste their time so I am letting people know as of 6/10/All things that me and the builder discussed did not happen It was to late I had to take the house that he produced
