This is in response to case [redacted] complaintI still want to reject castle rock shores explanation of issuesI was never told that this bungalow was just a step above campingI would have never paid over $for campingThere was black mold under the sink caused from a leaking plumbingThe water under the sink totally saturated four rolls of toilet paperThe base of the cabinet was soakedNo painting was ever doneWe were told there were dishes in the bungalowThere were each of plates, bowls, and glasses which were wrapped in plastic wrapIf there is no way to sanitize between guests, why we're told that paper supplies were only for the summer? Why is there no filters on the water?

Castle Rock Shores is a campground in a somewhat remote area along the Colorado RiverOur reservation agents are trained to explain to potential guests that the Bungalow Rentals are just a step above campingThese are not fancy accommodations by any standard and we are always very clear about
that with our guests
To address the specific complaints:
Black Mold - Our staff checked the unit and found there was a buiof dirt, not mold, under the cabinetThey cleaned the area thoroughly and repainted
Ck Roach - We have each rental unit sprayed monthly for any pests and have records of each treatment in our officeAgain, we are a campground along the Colorado River and try our best to keep up with any pest problems, but occasionally you may experience a bug or two
3. Brown Water - We are on a well system at Castle Rock ShoresWe have a very high mineral content on the Arizona side of the river, as do all of the campgrounds in our areaOur water is tested monthly to ensure that it is potable and the test results are submitted to the appropriate governing agency
4. Linens and other household items - We provide all fresh linens through a local area laundry serviceNo dishes are provided because there is no way to sanitize the dishes between guest visitsGuests are generally provided with a starter set of paper goods and instructed to purchase more if neededSets of pots and pans and some cooking utensils are available by request from our office
