I am rejecting this response because:
Work has still has yet to be completed roof was done but capping gutters and shutters were not as well as roofing materials were left and not cleaned up nails in yard where children play daily and dog use the yard

We have been in contact with the homeowner and the homeowner's insurance company. The original claim settlement from the Insurance company was insufficient to make the necessary repairs. This was explained to the homeowner early in the process. We worked with the insurance
carrier to document the necessary repairs and obtain approval on behalf of the homeowner. By the time the insurance carrier had approved the changes, winter conditions had set in. We informed the homeowner that repairs would be made as soon as weather permitted. Although the timing of the roof installation was delayed on several occasions due to weather conditions, we notified the homeowner of necessary changes.The roof replacements have since been completed
