DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I called because of a leaking roof They responded promptly and did the work the same day, on a weekend I was charged $for a job that took about hours The leak in my roof is worse I have called, they sent out a worker who said the work was not done properly I have called several times and my nephew, who owns the house has left at least messages with no return calls He finally reached someone, as did I I was told that people were out of the country and he would have them return my call Neither my nephew nor I have received a replyI am having to call another contractor to do the work and am out $

I am rejecting this response because:
Castle Roofing has not stopped the leaks in the areas that he said he had repaired, the roof continues to leak when it rains. It doesn't have to rain heavily and it will leak. He came in January of to do the repairs on the store roof & warehouse roof that were leaking and we paid him $14,500.00. After it rained in May 2014 we notified him that both the store & warehouse roof still leaked. He returned and said he repaired the store roof where it leaked. At this time the warehouse roof continued to leak and he said that the reason was that it needed some roof coping and that's what was causing the leaks. We paid him an additional $3,to replace the coping and do more repairs on the warehouse roof. After it rained thereafter, both the store & warehouse roof continued to leak even after replacing the coping in the warehouseHe stated that there was some new leaks and that he wanted to do the repair on these new leaks. Wilcox Furniture felt that if he could not fix the original leaks after being paid $17,500.00, how would he be able to fix new leaks and want to be paid more money? Does this not make good business sense? I stated that to Castle Roofing in one of our discussions when he was here attempting to fix the previous leaks. He even suggested repairing the entire roof. However, I ask again, is this good business sense? If the original leaks were not fixed, would he be reliable enough to repair the entire roof? As of today, these areas that he said he repaired are still leaking. Our store computer phone records show that calls have been made to Castle Roofing not including any calls made from cell phones since May 2014. Many times he said he would be here to do the repairs and then not show up or failed to call and explain why he couldn't come in to do the repairs. In one instance, when I phoned him about repairing the roof, he stated that it was raining in Ingleside miles away and that was the reason he gave for not coming in to repair the roof. The store still has the same leaks and the attached images of the interior store ceiling prove it. It is for this reason that Wilcox Furniture feels that Castle Roofing has failed to uphold his warranty that he signed and is found on his invoice. Wilcox Furniture feels that a refund for this work would be the best solution Regards,

The store still has the same leaks and the attached images of the interior store ceiling prove it.  
It is for this reason that Wilcox Furniture feels that Castle Roofing has failed to uphold his warranty that he signed and is found on his invoice.  Wilcox Furniture feels that a refund for this work would be the best solution.

The leak in my roof is worse. I have called, they sent out a worker who said the work was not done properly. I have called several times and my nephew, who owns the house has left at least 6 messages with no return calls. He finally reached someone, as did I. I was told that people were out of the country and he would have them return my call. Neither my nephew nor I have received a reply.
I am having to call another contractor to do the work and am out $1200.00.
