I had no response by Wednesday and I called to speak to him on the phoneAnd I was told to leave my number and he would call me backSo that evening when I did not receive a phone call I called back and asked to speak to a [redacted] I was connected to [redacted] who proceeded to tell me that he is busy with a customer and that he would call me backI became frustrated with ? [redacted] because he couldn't help me and the [redacted] hung up on meThe third call that day was me calling back to ask to speak to his [redacted] the [redacted] of South Kia and I was put on hold for a few minutes and told that he could not come to the phoneAnd then they hung up on me again ? Enclosed in the attachments is my original phone call recordThe listing on [redacted] of Kia's phone number verifying the phone number is correctAnd also the email I sent along with the phone calls made on Wednesday.? We have spoken directly with the consumer who filed the complaintWhile they were not our customer directly, they do own the home we inspected for our customer who hired us to perform a Texas Wood Destroying Insect InspectionUpon completion of the inspection our inspector wrote up his findings and graphed those findings to identify them to our customerThe inspection revealed findings of several exterior "conducive conditions" (issues that could lead to an infestation if left unattended)These were noted in writing and graphicallyOur inspector also incorrectly identified the presence of a subterranean termite dirt tube exit hole in the upper corner of the kitchen pantry which was later determined to be the cocoon of Indian-Meal MothsOwnership discussed the error in our findings with the homeowner and we sa time to come out to the property to review his findings and he clearly realized his errorThis inspector is fairly new (years of experience and almost year holding his license), but has shown exemplary performance and aptitude in passing the State required exam for licensure on his first attempt with a score over 85%The was an unfortunate error in identification and reporting, and he should have double checked (received 2nd opinion) with the identification before writing this up as a final reportAgain, he has shown in the past very diligent efforts to that endHowever, we will continue to follow up on his findings on all reports for the next several months as a support measure and to provide additional training to him to prevent this from ever happening again.We have performed over 1,of these inspections every year for the past years and this type of error has only happened other timesOur company and all the staff pride ourselves on this track record and will make every effort to provide all additional training and secondary support necessary to prevent it from happening in the future.We also immediately revised the report and sent it to all parties involved to show only the presence and recommendation for the correction of conducive conditions and no presence of termites
