conditions of release which included he must check in with us every Tuesday and Friday, have a physical address so we know where he is at all times and have a phone or numbers we can call to communicate with himSince we had not received any communication with him for almost weeks, we contacted his daughter to get him to come to our office and discuss the lack of communicationWhen he came to our office he stated he was homeless and had no phone number or addressBased on his lack of following the conditions of release we decided to revoke his bond and place him back in custody. The rest of this incident is explained in our reportsWe were justified in charging fees for his actions and still returned a portion of his money back even though his actions created a hole in our wall and took over hours to resolveAt the end of the process we still released him to his brother instead of taking him back to jail just to allow him a chance to resolve his court issues without being in jail again which we had the right to doFeel free to contact our office directly at ###-###-#### if you need to discuss this further
