To whom it may concern, Family members sometimes ask each other for help when buying a car, and in this case it seems that Miss Mcbean asked her sister to write a check for her until she could come down here and replace it with cashUnfortunately her sister did never came to make
the payment so we had to cash the check which was left here for collateral against that paymentIt is made very clear, by the finance manager not the salesperson, when we complete paperwork that when someone leaves us a check as collateral and we don't see anybody again we will cash the check Like most business we insure our checks with an outside company. Any time a check bounces we send it to the company so they can collect Miss *** did give us a check and signed it that obligates herI'm sure her sister assured that she would make the payment, and there would be no need for the check to go throughObviously her sister did not follow through with her commitmentI am happy to sit with the sisters and see if an acceptable payment option can be arranged. I sat down with them and he explained how they determine the amount, But I told him there is no were on the contract that explains how much a month is worth and it only says it is in intervals and it does not explain how much is each interval is valued at or if you use the intervals or not or if you lose any value for not using your intervalsI said to him that it leaves to much loop holes for the dealership to exploitI told him since it is so vague on what value it should hold and I never used the maintenance plan I should be entitled to all my money back minus the fee for cancellation.Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution

The salesperson spent close to an hour looking for Mr***'s registrationOnce we realized we could not locate the registration I probably was not clear enough with him on Sunday trying to explain to him where his Registration probably was. The registration had not already been
shredded, it was in locked shredder box to be shredded, and we would not be able to get into that until MondayWe did get into it on Monday and were able to retrieve his registrationI just handed him registration now.*** ***Perry Ford of National City

Mr*** did the cancelation request on May 5th, weeks would have been completed on July 14th, the day he filed this complaintWe cut the check on June 18th and after it went through the reviews we mailed it on the 30th of JuneWe have to send the check to a lien holder if there
is one on record, and at that time the lienholder was still ally financial

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Perry Ford was still deceptive I told *** ** that I did not want to purchase anything extra and that was the combined package with tint that I also said I did not wantAfter talking to other dealerships I also noticed that this dealership may have done even worse*** had contacted me a couple days after to ask me to sign a new contract because he had supposedly lost the original (unprofessional)I will look for my copy but I believe he changed some things during that new signing as wellPerry Ford does not practice good busy standards and they should be held accountable by someoneAlso the response from Perry had a well placed curse word, perhaps they should work on not being shady and rudeAlso the main reason I believe the contract was switched was because I was told that the lowest warranty given at most Ford Dealerships is 36k miles and the one I had was mysteriously for 24k

This issue has been completely resolved Ms*** purchased a new vehicle and is completely happy

After carefully reviewing Mrs*** contract dating back 2/19/and looking at her optional products and services disclosure she did not pay as I believe she states $for her GPS tracking device but only $as it states on her contract and on her products disclosure form. I
would welcome the opportunity to *** with Mrs*** and go over in detail her contract and options she purchased. If there is anything myself or our company can do to bring light to this matter we are at her disposal. The Vehicle you purchased was a previous rental and we did disclose that. You also did sign that this car was a previous rental when we sold it to you, if you'd like to stop by the dealership I'd be happy to sit down with you and go through all the docs.
  If you were...

having problems with the vehicle I wish you would have brought it to us so we could look at it. We do stand behind all of our vehicles.  
The fact that a car was a rental does not negatively impact the value to us, again I wish you would have brought the vehicle to us when you wanted to sell it.
You can call me at [redacted] to set up a time for us to sit down and go through the docs, and give me a chance to make you happy with Perry Ford again.

We are going to Refund the entire amount to Mr. [redacted]. We are in the process of doing that now.

We are Trying to help Ms. [redacted] get reimbursed from Ford. They will not pay for the extra insurance she bought, they will only pay for the rental car.

We are sorry about the situation and will be glad to detail the vehicle

It took a total of 14 weeks to receive the refund from the date signed and the business never responded to my inquiries while I was looking for a status but I finally have the money owed to me
