Kristian Home Hardware Castlegar recommended primer ***. Best primer ever.
I purchased a laundry centre on July 6/17. When it was delivered and installed it did not work. I thought it wasn't installed properly and tried for days to get someone - repairman, plumbers - to come and look at it. A retired repairman told me to contact *** as it was under warranty. I also contacted the salesman who told me to call the company. When I called the *** warranty number I was told there would be no return and refund and they would send a repairman. He found the motor was no good and would need to be replaced but warned me it could take 3 to 4 months for the work to be done. I have made several calls to *** and they refuse to return and refund.
This machine was never used and was defective when it left the store. The defect should have been discovered during quality control inspection.
I have since purchased another unit that works.

This is not an issue with us but actually *** we are working with them to get this unit picked up from the customer and her money credited.

The matter is contingent on *** acceptance. I would like confirmation that the unit will be picked up and a full refund given with a firm timeline for the transaction. The unit can be picked up at Home Hardware's convenience with a days notice.

Good news! Home Hardware just called and is refunding the full purchase amount. They will pick up the appliance in the next week. Awesome! Thank you so very, very much for mediating this dispute. I honestly hope I never need your services again but I will tell everyone how great it is to work with Revdex.com.
