The business is using magnets stuck to the outside of mailboxes in order to advertise their services This is tantamount to casing a house in preparation for robbery and is clearly not a good way to solicit business
We hired Castleton Lawn Care to mow our grass for weeks while my husband is out of townof the times they did not cut our grass right or did a very poor job and each time I complained they did nothing about itToday they did not mow all of the grass and some places where they trimmed it was scalped to the dirtI called to complain and basically was told I was lying and they asked for picturesI have pictures and sent it to them and have not heard back from themI would NEVER recommend this company
I started using Castleton Lawn Care in June of 2016, and have never experienced such horrible customer serviceThey do not respond to customers in a timely manner, and when you do finally get someone to respond they are extremely rudeI would not recommend their services to anyoneI just received the rudest email that I have ever received from a business, but I am not really shocked based on the level of service that I have received since I have been a customerI am looking forward to this season being over so that I never have to deal with them again
This company was hired by my tenants to do landscape on my property. They detroyed my siding with their lawnmowers by shooting rocks all through it. They also tore up my fence with their string trimmers. I have made multiple calls and the will not admit they did this. Please dont hire this company. They are crooks and im a disabled retired veteran and they did this to me. So they will do it to anyone.
