The two ladies at the desk were so utterly incompetent that their aggregate skills were equivalent to about half of those of an effective employee A slowly growing mob built up behind me (I arrived in the nick of time, apparently) and since the take-a-number system was turned off for the day, there was no discernible organization methodMany people left after a few minutes waiting - it took both employees about minutes to issue one young man's instructional permit When I finally got to the counter, I was told that they would not accept my passport as ID, despite the published DMV literature to the contraryGood luck getting any service here, let alone from someone with basic math skills, common sense, or literacy!
Have used this facility for many years and they save me hours of sitting and waiting at the DMV! Chris and her staff have been excellent and will continue to use them!!
