The total charges to my Care Credit card was $which was considered my portion, Castle View Dental only refunded $1,to my Care Credit card, I am still owed $The only true service Castle View Dental provided to me was for deep cleaning which was paid by my insurance, Delta DentalI went to Castle View Dental at least six different times after the crowns was permanently placed because I was still having problems due to the inadequate work that was done, and they refused to replace my crowns, saying that I should give it time because sometimes it takes up to a year before patient mouth start feeling normalThe offer to replace the crowns was not made to me until I reported them to Delta Dental insurance and the Insurance company contacted themI sent several emails and left voice messages regarding the monies owed to me but got no responseThe Statement above from [redacted] is incorrect, I visited Castle View at least times for the same issue, and yet it was never resolved, I was able to go to another dentist, and have both crowns removed and replaced the same day without any problem or any follow up, whereas, each time I went to Castle View I was subject to X-rays over and over again for the same issueIf this matter is not resolved I will file the necessary paperwork to Small Claims Court, I have the documentation from my insurance company, to support the inadequate work that was done by Castle View, I also have the pictures and documentation from the Regional Consultant that Delta Dental send me to for evaluation and it was determine that the work done by Castle View was inadequateIt should not have taken all those visits for them to realize that the work was not done correctly, instead of replacing the crowns they choose to fill the space between my gum line and the crown with composite filing, which was inappropriate to begin withafter all the visits the work was still not corrected, why would I continue to go back to them after all those visits? the Insurance company agreed with me and that is why they referred me to another dentist

The total charges to my Care Credit card was $1647.00 which was considered my portion, Castle View Dental only refunded $1,073.20 to my Care Credit card, I am still owed $573.80. The only true service Castle View Dental provided to me was for deep cleaning which was paid by my insurance, Delta Dental. I went to Castle View Dental at least six different times after the crowns was permanently placed because I was still having problems due to the inadequate work that was done, and they refused to replace my crowns, saying that I should give it time because sometimes it takes up to a year before patient mouth start feeling normal.
