I purchased a bulldog puppy from [redacted] at Castlewood Bulldogs a few years agoI am writing this review to compliment [redacted] on the wonderful experience I had in purchasing a puppy from herFrom the very first conversation I had with her, I could tell her dedication and devotion to the breed and finding good homes for her puppiesAfter accepting me as a home, I received weekly pictures and updates on my puppy until it arrived at my homeMy Lucy has been the light of my lifeShe is happy, healthy, and personality plusThis can only come from a breeder who cares about quality breedingI have always been able to call [redacted] whenever I've had a question and she doesn't make me feel like I'm a bother or inconvenience-another good sign of a dedicated breederIf you are looking for a quality bulldog puppy from a breeder who genuinely cares, look no further than Castlewood BulldogsBuying a puppy from them was the best choice I ever made, and you will feel the same
Unfortunately Castleqood Bulldogs built me and my family up to believing we would have a male puppy from a litter that was due the week I called (first week of August 2016) I was sent pictures of the puppies, inquired about the next steps on how to choose a pup etc I was then told out of the males were spoken for and the 4th was being held for a possible sale to another family Which meant no puppy for my family In the meantime we walked away from other puppies believing one of these babies would be ours I expressed my unhappiness with their process and recommended they advise peopl when they call in as to how many are on a list before they are so they can make an informed decision to wait or to move on I guess selling the puppies and gaining interest was more important then being honest to good families looking for their fur baby We are very upset Please be aware of this experience when speaking with them
