To whom it may concern, I have since talked to Mr [redacted] as soon as I received email from Revdex.com. I explained to him I was working out of town and headed back to honor my preventive maintenance agreement. I was there the next day and did not leave until after all was done. Mr [redacted] explained to me...

everything was working fine just wanted to have it checked since he was going to lease his house out. AirStrike will never dishonor their warranty agreement. I explained this to mr parks. All was well and will be back in the spring.  Respectfully
