Last year, February 2015, I gave Junior $5,000 as a down payment on a car. I should have learned my lesson from my sister who waited 3 months for her car, but because of her wait period, I expected to wait 3 months maximum, which I was okay with. Long story short, I waited 9 months to get my car and that did not come easily. He lied to buy himself time, always had an excuse and had many people waiting for him on many occasions when I went to see about my vehicle. I personally know two other people who had a horrible experience with him. It will now be one year since I bought my car from him, I still do not have the title or a registration for the car. He keeps giving me 45-day temp stickers. I received two tickets for the registration that I told him he needs to pay for. He also sold me the car with a broken side view mirror that he has yet to fix. I will be proceeding with court action. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS SCAMMER!! Too bad I had to even give him one star to post!

castor auto sales did not sell [redacted] this 2007 nissan altima. The altima was sold to [redacted] in alabama. the title was given to new star at the time of sale. [redacted] has to contact [redacted] that sold her the car to rectify her issues.

Review: Sales person [redacted] has failed to deliver 2 cars purchased in the time frame he promised. Agreed price is 8000.00, he has collected 5000.00 on 11/*/2013 and agreed to deliver in two weeks. he has not contacted me & avoids my calls. When I do reach him he keeps promising next week, but there is never any result.Desired Settlement: For money to be refunded.

Review: In December 2012 I tried to purchase a used car from CASTOR AUTO SALES INC I was told that within three months

that I would received the car and from that day until now all I am getting is the run around ...

Review: I paid $4600 to this business for a vehicle , which I was suppose to receive months ago, but still have not received. I requested my money back and [redacted] still didn't refund my money as yet. He has the vehicle on the car lot and inform me that he has to fix the vehicle , but there are other customers vehicle before mine, that he has to work on first, so he doesn't know when my vehicle will be ready. I finished paying for my vehicle since March 2015, and I'm tired of waiting at this point. Review: On December **, 2013, I paid to Castro Auto Sales six thousand dollars ($6,000) for the purchase of a car and was told that the car would have been delivered to me in two months (2) time to me in Florida.

To date, I have not received the car or return of my money. I have made several calls to the company and all I get is a run around. I am now wondering that there may be other persons out there having the same issue with this company and therefore requesting that you investigate this matter with urgency. I do not believe that this particular company should be dealing with the public in such a way that is displaying misleading and dishonest conduct.
