Great companyI called about replacing the Polybutylene pipes with metal fittings in my house and, rather than sell me all new pipes, he told me that I shouldn't waste money on new pipes because my pipes were still goodDidn't even charge me for the time he spent at my house
Willie and Luke replaced my hot water heater and today and they gave excellent service and responded quickly and got the job done. They were very professional and and knowledgeable in the service and other questions regarding some other issues related to plumbing that we may need Atlas' services for in the future. I will highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for responding so quickly and efficiently.
I called them to see if they worked on sump pumps, they said yes. They came to my home and dug a large hole to access the submerged pump. The employee had to leave and said he'd have to come back the next day with additional help, which was fine. He said do not use toilets or washing machine that fed into that sump pump. No show the next day, no communication. I called about 1:00 to see when they were coming. The guy tells me that they really don't work on sump pumps and I needed to call Elvis Services and they were not coming back to the job. So I am left with a large hole in my back yard and not able to use the plumbing or washer machine. This is not consistent with a reputable company. As a Revdex.com member myself, I just wanted to share my experience so someone else does not get disappointed.
