The reservation was ACCIDENTALLY made and cancelled all the same day before 6pm. I have attached my cell phone bill which reflects that I called to cancel on page 7 at 4:15pm 6/15/17.
"Policy" has nothing to do with a mistake from a MINOR. A 16 year old.
