Castrol Rebate Redemption Center

Sent in rebate form for "Complete Satisfaction 2017" promotion for two VWs in last week of December. Sent rebate forms in the next day - should receive $20 off coupons to use on next oil change. Received postcard stating "Dealer not participating in this promotion". Dealer said they never heard of this happening to other customers. Next time I go in, I'll have to see if they can use Mobile 1 or another brand. Complete Satisfaction=Complete Joke

I have mailed in 15 dollar off on my oil changes I June 2017 and October 2017 and never received any coupons, I got both oil changes at Lou Fusz, Toyota in Kirkwood. Mo very misleading ????

This is the second time that my mail in certificate was for $12 and I received a $7. I contacted the Bank and was told that the request was for $7. The request was sent in by the dealer Eich Motor Co. St Cloud Minnesota. This time I filled out the request myself for the proper amount $12 and the check came for $7. Are you or the dealer at fault? I get a postcard from Castrol Rebate Redemption Center (CRRC) saying my submission is past the 60 day postmark deadline. BS. Then they want me to resubmit the offer with the qualifying materials. DUH! they were sent the first time...is CRRC going to not honor it again! Seems like a real scam.Customer ID 5712425

This heavily advertised promotion is somewhat inconvenient to complete. So it’s really disappointing when denied for some BS reason or no reply like you mailed it into a black hole. The oil change service reps are cagey about it—maybe their cashing them in on behalf of their customers. This whole thing feels like a class action lawsuit waiting to happen.

Completed oil change, within a week submitted coupon for Castrol Rebate $20 off on next purchase --- received notice the submission declined, past the 60 day postmark deadline. Based on the reviews appears they make excuses for not paying out their rebates. How sad

Submitted for a rebate over a year ago, and now received a post card stating rebate denied. States on post card No/Wrong oil listed on receipt, what a bunch of bull... I would not submitted for a rebate if it did not contain everything required, and why did it take over a year.

Well Castrol Oil has now lost my businesses by playing games on rebates.

I have been sending in Castrol oil change rebates for many years. Just received postcard stating dealer does not participate in this promotion. Shaking my head in disbelief!

Received a rebate check on 3-3-17 that expired on 2-11-17. So I guess that check is no good. Also received a check for $5.00 and it should be for $10.00. Always have a problem with these checks.

Received rebate check for $10 off my next oil change in the mail yesterday, Jan. 25, 2017. The check I was sent has an expiration date of 1/02/207. This check obviously does me no good and is a waste of time and effort on the part of Castrol. Contacted company but no reply.

Review: I am not sure to file a complaint againt the car dealership or Catrol Rebate Center but both offer a $20 off Rebate that you assume the check is payable to me. However, the bogus check is payable to [redacted] where I got my oil changed for $20 off my NEXT oil change. The rebate was for $20 payable back to me the customer.Desired Settlement: I would like an actual rebate check in the amount of $20 real dollars that is payable to me (the customer) for deposit into my checking account. And the car dealerships should NOT be able to profit off a coupon that is NOT valid as stated in the advertising.

Review: I sent in a mail-in certificate furnished by my [redacted] dealer after an oil change for a rebate of $7 off my next oil change. I sent the documentation in to Castrol per their instructions and have not received the rebate to be applied at my next oil change. I have a copy of the most recent form that I sent in.Desired Settlement: I want to receive the rebate check promised in their documentation to my address provided on the form that I sent in.

Review: I sent the rebate application and the supporting documentation to the "Castrol Rebate Redemption Center". But my mail returned back to me undelivered. The address given by Castrol seems to be invalid.Desired Settlement: I want the rebate issued to me.
