As I stated in the last rejection, this company has hung up on me and placed me on hold for extended periods of time once I disclose my name and why I am callingIt is clear that they have no
intention of making this situation rightI would just like to warn other consumers about their dishonest and unprofessional practices so that others do not have to go through what I went through.

I am rejecting this response because: I attmepted calling her to resolve the issue.She wasnt in the office,when I called on February 5thI was advised that she will call back the next business dayi have yet to receive any call back as of todayThis company has no plans on assisting me!! I am rejecting this response because:
I fail to see how it is okay to ignoring phone calls and either lie about the hospital rejecting the claim or just pure imcompitiance then not contacting me back after being asked multiple times to handle the issues only after which the statue of limitations have expired to inform me that I was required to pay the bill at which point I'd be reimbursedThat information should have been given from the first time I called about the billNot being told we don't know anything about it, then it's on hold and will be processed after the property damage, then being told the hospital sent it backAlsoI would prefer and expect a president of a company to at least use the correct gender when referring to me and not change it in the second half of their statement

I am rejecting this response because: they didn't even give a new response.  They literally sent the same one that they sent on 9-21-17.  That alone shows how little they care about their customers.  I refuse to call them and discuss any matter with them.  I have attempted that and have been given the run around and never given a clear answer.

I am rejecting this response because:  I have talked to multiple people at that company and I am told something different every time.  I did what I was told to do by one of their reps and then had another one tell me that they couldn't do what I was told.  I believe the company is just a bunch of crooks and do not really care about their customers.  I hope that their ratings drop and that no one wants to do business with them.
