I am rejecting this response because they ready to say it could be my fault but not able to admit it could have been their fault also. The paper I wrote had what I wanted but also has "[redacted]'s" writing also. Obviously someone was confused on what to put on the shirts. The company response doesn't have an apologize for saying out to me that they felt was a "favor" to me which completely was not. Now with this response the want to say that "[redacted]" was rushed to make my shirts.Absolutely a lie. I did not ask for a rush order nor was I made aware it would be considered a rush order. But I Do know I submitted my paid order on the 6/4/17 and was picked up 6/15 was was a total of 11 days. I would like a full refund.
