The customer came to sales rep [redacted] she provide a paper proof what she wanted on shirts so we followed what she wanted on the shirts Il will give her a $ credit since It could have been her fault and [redacted] fault since she was in a hurry to have shirts doneWe don't like to do rush jobs for any reason but we were trying to help herAny question feel free to call [redacted] *
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because they ready to say it could be my fault but not able to admit it could have been their fault alsoThe paper I wrote had what I wanted but also has "***'s" writing alsoObviously someone was confused on what to put on the shirtsThe company response doesn't have an apologize for saying out to me that they felt was a "favor" to me which completely was notNow with this response the want to say that "***" was rushed to make my shirts.Absolutely a lieI did not ask for a rush order nor was I made aware it would be considered a rush orderBut I Do know I submitted my paid order on the 6/4/and was picked up 6/was was a total of daysI would like a full refund Regards, [redacted] ***
