I ordered clothes on February 21,2016 and I have yet to receive my order. I have contacted them twice now regarding my purchase and no response Ordered and paid for my order on Frb 21, 2016 and order is still has not been sent to me. I have contacted this company twice to find out why it is still being processed and there has been no response. It should not take almost 2 weeks to deliver my order.Desired SettlementDeliver my order within the next few days and compensate me for the late deliveryBusiness Response After following up with our manufacturers, the items are either out of stock or sold out / discontinued. Returned an item purchased, requested either a refund or exchange. I contacted CatDancerz on several occasions via email and telephone. No response.On November 18th, 2013, I placed an order on Catdancerz.com. ORDER #XXXXXXXXXX. The item purchased was a 1 PC [redacted] with Rhinestone and Mirror Detail, Color White, Dress Size Small - Medium, [redacted] The purchase amount was $71.05 and was completed using a [redacted] gift card. The item shipped on November 22nd. Upon receipt of the item, I decided to return the item since it was too small. I did so via US Postal Service. I contacted Catdancerz via email and left several voicemail messages and have never received any response from the company to date. I requested either a refund per the refund policy or a credit for the item purchased.Desired SettlementI am requesting a store credit in the amount o0f $71.05 for which I can use towards future purchases. Business Response Per the store policy, a refund less the 15% restocking fee has been issued, Transaction ID # XXXX**XXXXXX.

I've sent emails, they don't return emails.Desired SettlementI want a credit back to my credit card immediately.Business Response The returned package was received on July 28, 2014. A refund was issued on August 15, 2014, and the customer was notified via email of the refund. Consumer Response I was informed that they received my package and that they were processing it. Nothing was said about a refund being sent. As of 8/18/14, there has been no refund issued to my account.Final Business Response A refund was issued and the credit memo was sent on Friday, August 15 to the same email address provided on customer's order, Refund Transaction ID: **XXXXXX**XXXXXX*. Customer should allow a few business days for credit to post to her account.
