We had a pool installed by Catalina years ago and have had no problems at all with the pool We love it! The staff and workers were excellent to work with They have always been helpful whenever we've had a question or needed service done to the pool We were skeptical at first when we saw the advertisement special years ago We thought the price was too good to be true But to our amazement, it was just as advertised The quality of the pool has exceeded our expectations Kip and his team were always true to their word and helped us through the design and install process I would highly recommend them if you are considering a pool Our family has enjoyed many hours around the pool and look forward to many more Thank you Catalina

This is our second summer with our pool designed and built by Catalina Pool Builders and we love it! Our friends and family often give us compliments on how nice the layout turned out, from the swaddle area for the kids, to the benches when you enter the deep and the shallow end and the raised spa with the spillover waterfall effect We are thoroughly satisfied with the workmanship and Customer Service of Catalina Pool Builders

The worst customer service from any company ever! We had a pool put in by Catalina 3 yrs ago and last year when we opened the pool we noticed a crack with rust coming through. After notifying Catalina we were told the pool would need to be replastered and they would do it this spring under warranty. After countless phone calls they finally came out to prep the pool and noticed the rhebarb was coming through the concrete and it was a concrete issue. Again had to deal with Leland returning my calls to find out what was going on. The concrete guys finally come out on Friday. But again after no return call from Leland we had to call Catalina several times yesterday to find out what was going on. I have emailed the GM of Catalina and his response was he'll be in touch with me by the end of the week. Seems like once Catalina gets your money they wash their hands of you. Very stressful and upsetting to not only have a cracked pool after 2 yrs but then to be treated with complete ignorance and disrespect from Catalina.

We had a saltwater pool built almost three years ago by Catalina Pools. We are very pleased with the quality and structure of the pool. They worked with us on the design to make it flattering but efficient for our children and we adults. I send this recommendation as that a representative dropped by to take a look at the pool and address any questions or concerns. I found this method of approach very becoming of a business. Although they don't provided pool service, the representative gave me valuable advice to several questions I presented him with.
I would recommend the experience to those who are potentially looking at a pool to consult Catalina Pools especially if you're interested in a salt water pool (highly recommend). You will definately appreciate the advice and support from such an experienced staff,.

We paid $2,260.00 for the color of mediterranean mid-nite blue and is not the correct color. It is light blue with grey and white marks throughout. This is the second time with this issue as well. We also should have received caulking in between the coping and concrete expansion joint as well as part of normal construction. Now they said it would cost me $600.00. No where in my contract informed me that this was an additional charge. In 2015 Catalina tried to acid wash to fix color issue and the process did not work and they required me to refill Pool water which cost me $450.00 as well.

As our third new inground pool project, my wife and I can definitely say "Wow, what a great pool building experience!" This is our third new pool and we are so glad we made the right decision to build with Catalina!
The top notch experience began with Pete designing our fabulous pool and Josh keeping in constant contact with me (I like to ask many questions) via email and phone during our pool construction process. Believe me, keeping a customer informed at key touch points makes all the difference. In addition, Mariann always kept me informed of when the various crews were to visit my home and which activities they would accomplish.
I know that Catalina builds numerous pools each year but at no point did I feel like just another pool project... My wife and I really feel like part of the Catalina Family! Thank you again Josh and Catalina for designing and building our true oasis in Maryland!
