Her agent brought her file to Catalyst Mortgage.? Our current employee, ***, was working as her agent’s assistant at the time her file was brought to our office [redacted] did help her agent get her file in for review.? However, after our processing team reviewed the Title, we immediately informed her agent that there were vesting issues that had to be resolved before we could proceed.? Having given that info to her agent, Catalyst Mortgage believes it met its responsibilityHer agent did not resubmit her file with any resolution of the Title issues or for any further review.? Her agent no longer works at Catalyst Mortgage and, at no time, did we refuse to communicate with her agent? Since he left Catalyst Mortgage and she is his client, we can only assume that he would take her file to his new employer to continue working on it.Best Regards, ? [redacted]

Review: Upon the receipt of an advertising brochure by mail, by the above subject mortgage co., I liked what I read and decided to call them. I talked to [redacted]., I asked about their services, as part of that [redacted] told me that Money I spent for appraisals was refundable, whether funded or not. I spent approximately $1200. I have asked several times and to this date a refund has not been received.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I started the loan process with this company thru my agent. They seemed eager initially, but now nothing. I started the process on 3/2/16. I called my contact, [redacted] on 3/22, emailed, texted him (since that's how he conversed with me before) and they refuse to contact me back. My agent has said the same, that they refuse to contact him.

I now have to start the process all over again with another company at probably a higher interest rate.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEDesired Settlement: It would be nice if they contacted me and told me why they won't finish the job.
