This management company dont respondthe property is not well keptthey let all kinds of thugs live off the women on *** thereoffice is never open to speak to anyone, and u cant even leave a message with the office because the voicemail is always fulli constantly call police because the office said to do so because they are not gonna do anything there was a shootout right on the property the day after christmas no security to monitor the *** *** and *** all daynot to mention the loud disturbances every day from fights and music all night when I have to worki have complained to the office about these new families they moved in from *** *** maintenance is never on time and property is full of trash everyday from the tenants that are garbage that let their kids trash the place with paper, bottles, empty food bags, empty alcoholis beverages bottles, just trash everywhere everyday
I moved in not knowing there were electrical issues and no central air unit. Kitchen window is busted out letting cold air in due to winter weather. They do not fix anything nor return your calls in a timely manner. The worst service I've ever experienced. Do not rent from these people.
