Review: A gentleman showed up at our door wanting to sell us a Rainbow system. My husband told us we weren't interested. The man told my husband we would get a free gift if we allowed a demonstration, we agreed. We spoke to this man for almost 3 hours repeatedly telling him that I had been unemployed for a year and we could not afford it at this time. ** then told us that if I wasn't working when the first payment was due in May that he would personally make the first 2 payments and if I still wasn't working he would make the next 3 but I had to return the shampooer. Well, I just started working this Saturday and I still can't afford the machine, nor do I want it. I realized that a payment must be due and have received nothing from the bank. I have called Ed 4 times trying to get the bank information so that I can make a payment. The first call he answered and told me to call back and leave a message and he'd get the info and call me back the next day. 3 days later I have made 3 more calls with no response. I do not want this system due to our financial situation and the fact that I have no idea who to make the payment to even if I could afford it.Desired Settlement: I would like Catamount Enterprises to come get this system and make the loan go away. We were suckered into buying something we couldn't afford and I am assuming that since he won't return my calls, ** won't follow through with his promise. My credit is going to be destroyed because a sale has been made and the sales person no longer cares. At the very very least, I'd like the financial company info so I can contact them to make a payment.
