I signed a contract with them June 2021 gave them a $6200 deposit they failed to follow through with their contract and now they have said they will give me my money back however they are not actually doing it has been four months since they said they would return it and have yet to see a check I’ve talked to both Sebastian and Chris Thompson

Building is well constructed. The crew seamed well trained, The only complaint was the long wait for instillation. They close down for the month of December without advising the customer.

We purchased from them in the past; similar issue, they promise to deliver in a certain timeline and blame the weather for not being able. However, once they deliver, it is quick install and good pricing. This time we ordered from them again, were told about a month (we ordered on ***); by the end of September we were still not on their week out chart. Again they kept blaming the weather; this is a carport and *** work in the rain all the time (about an hour to install). By the end of ***, run around again.... We finally called *** to cancel our order and went with *** to deliver; bit more pricey but better product and delivered as expects. I have cars waiting for garage space that couldn't be utilized because they don't deliver.

I must say that after reading previous reviews I was hesitate to go with this company. As I worked with them, they made every effort to make sure I got what I was looking for. It was a long 2 month stressful process but the end result was well worth the wait. Thanks to *** for making sure that my expectations and needs were met. He went far and beyond to make sure I got the garage that I wanted by working with *** who in turn made sure they satisfied the customer. After insulation delays due to weather, death of an installers family member and being put on hold to satisfy another customer to keep from losing an order, my garage is finally up. The overall time frame from order date to installation date was 2 months. My original promised installation time was 3 to 4 weeks. Overall, we are truly pleased with the finishing results.

Bought a carport and a combo building this year and am very happy with both. We had a few personal problems and they worked with us and glad we listened! thank you so much! Would buy again if we decide on any other products!

They installed shelter,and did a fantastic job. Fast, professional, and great value! I plan on another structure next year and will use them again. David. 5 stars
