Catawese coach lines

Review: I took a bus trip with Catawese bus tours on June 30, 2013. We had booked with them before and never had an issue. The bus driver we had this time was horrible. He had no idea were he was going not to mention how to drive a bus. He hit a car not once but twice. He was constantly hitting curbs and couldn't steer the bus. He got lost on the way there. We had no idea where he was taking us on the route. I gave the coach line a deposit of a $100. I was supposed to give them the balance the day of the trip. I didn't do it. I talked to the people there and all they say I'm supposed to talk to the driver. I don't feel comfortable doing so. The balance owed is $1325. I feel this should be waived because of such a horrible experience. They should have drivers who know how to drive and aren't rude with people. I had 43 people on the bus with me. All were complaining about how horrible the trip was.Desired Settlement: Remaining balacance waived.
