I am rejecting this response because: I agree I did not call *** back because I spoke to *** and he told me they would not come inside until they were certain the leak has stoppedI am not certain the leak has stoppedAfter the last heavy rain the spot on ceiling was wet but I don't know if moisture from the recent damage or newSo I painted part of it to see if the discolor would continue and it hasn't rained since I painted it

We do not dispute that *** *** called multiple times on days in which our office was closedAs stated previously, she called our office on Sunday, September 4, 2016, our office is closed on the weekends, and again on Monday, September 5, 2016, our office was closed for the Labor Day holidayWhen we returned to the office on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, we received her voicemailsThe message was forward to the *** and ***At 11:12am on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, *** called again and someone contacted her again at 11:54am to let her know we were working on getting someone over to house to take care of the problemAt 5:12pm on Tuesday, September 6, 2016, she was contacted to let her know that we would be there to fix the leak on Wednesday, September 7, and that once we knew that we had stopped the leak we would have the ceiling repairedOn September 12, 2016, the *** of the company called *** to see if there were any leaks during the recent rainsShe did not answer and he left a messageShe has not returned his callOn Monday, September 19, 2016, he again tried to contact *** to resolve the issueAgain she did not answer and he left her a message with his personal cell phone numberAgain she has not returned the callWe would like to resolve this issue but cannot if *** refuses to communicate with us

A woman told me my messages went to [redacted] the [redacted], and he would call back when he had time. Next day, [redacted], called back said someone would come on Wed and redo what they did before. I explained I had a stained ceiling and wall now and he said they would fix. I took that morning off for them to have access. One roofer came, spent day on roof never came in and said he doesn't fix drywall. Interior yet to be repaired or appt to get repaired. Unknown if roof still leaks, hasn't rained since they redid.

process. [redacted] claims they never received it. For this mishap in communication, we will be upgrading your warranty to the Preferred warranty. You will be receiving receipt of the upgraded warranty via [redacted] over the next week or so. We apologize for any frustration this has caused. We were unaware [redacted] had not received, and therefore sent over to you, the warranty information or we would have handled this sooner. In the event that the warranty information is misplaced your contract is also sufficient for warranty with the manufacturer. In response to the complaint by **. [redacted] (ID # [redacted]). She called during the hour in which we were closed for the weekend and for the labor day holiday. She had the emergency number of her [redacted] that she could have called but chose not to. When we returned to the office on Tuesday,...

September 6, 2016, we contacted **. [redacted] to set up a time to assess and remedy the problem. The problem was remedied on September 7, 2016. She has been told that as soon as we are 100% sure the leak has been fixed then we will fix the interior damage to the ceiling (even the damage that was there prior to the initial repair) This complaint was made prior to our knowledge of the problem. We have stood behind our warranty and will continue to do so.
