only two formal complaints both with Revdex.com last one was [redacted] and the other was about the size of the Halibut caught as I remember.
 
To answer [redacted] complaint the best as I can, first its common when dealing with water and weather to being running late at times in the Charter Boat Industry. [redacted] had the right to cancel out after hi schedule trip was late at no charge to him. When [redacted] elected to go at later time he trigger cost of $ 150.00 for Deck -Hand - $ 500.00 for Captain and approx. 110 gal of fuel.
 
[redacted] stated in his letter that if would get dark around 10:30 - 11:00 yet [redacted] stated he left the fuel dock at 4PM and the trip was 3 hours that would put them at Chinitna Bay at approx. 7PM plenty of time for wildlife viewing. [redacted] complain he did not see any Bears that happens Catchalot or any Qther Charter including:the' Ai.r:Taxi that I know. do not guarantee seeing Wildiife or catching Fish, some trips clients·se 20 - 30 Bears other trips for what ever reon clients see less and some times none:

Anchorage Chamber of Commerence and most South Central Visitors Website carry Pictures of the Sheep at Windy Point on the Seward Highway and Moose on the Seward -Sterling Highway.
 
[redacted], received very fair price for the trip at $ 1,600.00 as the trip is listed for $ 1, 800.00 for the Boat whither 1 client or 6. Air Taxi's for trip to Chinitna Bay, Lake Clark National Park range from $ 550.00 to $700.00pp.
 
[redacted] complain about cleanness of the Boat as I was not there I cannot answer that question, except to say that might be true statement as [redacted] came. in from other trip and left soon after.
 
I believed [redacted] should of done negotiating before or when his trip return to Homer. When [redacted] elected go at later time, Captain[redacted] gave his Clients bestservice possible under the conditions and I personaily believe no refund is forth coming.
Captain [redacted], is out of State until after Christmas, New Years Holiday Traveling.
