package was returned to the store the following day by the carrier with the explanation that the label on the package was in fact to COACH Handbag Returns, however the bar code on the label is a duplicate of the tracking used upon initial delivery to the customer (complainant)and it does not have any value for the shipping cost to return the package to the vendor. After the 2nd unsuccessful attempt to return the package we attempted to contact the complainant but a phone number could not be located, we then followed procedure and locked the package up on site in storage hoping the complainant would return to inquire as to the whereabouts, when they did come in I was on vacation and the employee did not have access to secure locked area and could not locate the package for the complainant, we contacted the complainant immediately upon our return because on the visit to the store when I was away they left a phone number with the employee and once contacted the situation was explained and all worked out. The complainant returned to the store within a few days and claimed the package, realized the mistake and purchased postage from us to affix to the package for proper return to the vendor. I tracked the return package and it was received by the vendor yesterday 5/5/2015.
