We ordered a custom rosary on May 7, with the understanding that some of the parts have been backorderedWe have had no updates other than a reply to an email I sent on June asking for a statusIn that email we were told the parts would be in "any day" and the rosary would be shipped very soon Every attempt to call the phone number on the email and the website is not able to be completed The wedding we ordered it for is in two weeks and I am very worried we won't have it in time

I purchased very custom rosaries from The Rosary Shop in honor of my niece, ***, who passed away at Seth could not have been more kind and accommodatingThe website was very user friendly but I did have some questionsWe spoke on the phone and exchanged emails throughout the order processWe were able to use a St [redacted] medal and engrave “Choose Love” on the back of the crossThe rosaries arrived ahead of schedule and are absolutely beautiful, exceeding my expectationsSo beautiful, in fact, that I have had requests for two moreThank you so much Seth and The Rosary Shop for allowing us to have a memory of [redacted] with us always

I placed and order on Aug 16, Every month they emailed me re: my invoice#***, (number designated when the delivery was finally made in Dec 2016) I emailed them back and said to cancel the order, it was taking too long and I found materials elsewhere I emailed them many times I also called their phone number [redacted] , leaving messages, (literally a dozen or more times) This was an order for $ I never heard back, not once--until I received the order in December 2016, and my credit card was charged $ I mailed the materials, (beads and rosary making parts) back It was delivered to them on Thursday, Jan 12, 2017, I have proof of delivery I have made several more attempts to call I also spent $sending the package back I have never failed **mpletely to **ntact a **mpany--and I have not heard anything, in any way from them

I have been ordering from the rosary shop for about years nowIt was actually the first place I ever ordered anything from off the internetLolBack then I spoke with Seth about my concern with safety issues and submitting an order online and he talked me through the process and made me feel safe about itAside from that their service is wonderful their products are amazingI normally order the sets and make them myself just because I enjoy itI have recommended the Rosary Shop to people before, and I will continue to do soThey will have the most wonderful people working thereThey truly are living their mission for God

This place does immaculate work! I ordered four separate unique sets of rosaries of different colors with prayer cards and they came to me in excellent condition in their own separate beautiful pouches I wanted to use my mothers roses from her funeral so I dried them and mailed them off to the Rosary Shop for them to work withThey are worth every bit of money I paid for themI’m so glad I got them in time for Mother’s Day to give them as a gift to my brothers and their wives

I ordered two rosaries plus some other rosary parts from this store on September Four of the items were listed as "out of stock" with anticipated fulfillment of daysI accepted thatTwo days ago, the "out of stock" items were listed with an estimated ship date as "uncertain"I was concerned and started trying to contact the company by telephoneThe listed number rings and rings and then cuts offThere is never an answer, acknowledgement or recordingI tried emailing them but have received no responseMy order totaled $and was paid by credit card through PayPalI have not started any action through PayPal thinking that it was preferable to start with Revdex.comI will appreciate any help you can offer; or your advice if I should take another route to resolve my issueThank you

I had two custom flower petal rosaries made here and they were wonderful to work withThe first was a wedding gift for my husband (with flower petals from the bouquets he had gotten me since our first date) and the second was for me (with rose petals from my wedding bouquet)I loved being able to choose every single detail of designing the rosary, down to very specific colors, connectors, and the cross and medalIt does take some time to come in, so plan accordingly if you hav ea deadline, and contact them if you have questions about current lead time, but that should be expected for a custom, handmade item from a family-owned shopWell worth the wait, in my opinion, for a quality custom productThey responded quickly to (via Facebook message) and had some great answers to my questions I highly recommend this company

This matter involves an online purchaseThe company has not responded to emails and the telephone number is no longer in serviceDirectory Assistance for Oregon gives out a number for the Rosary Shop that is another business, a winery in the same general areaIf this company is no longer in business, if this order is not going to be processed, and if there is no communication, it will be necessary for me to change my CREDIT CARD number

I placed an order on March 10, I immediately received email confirmation of my orderOn April 7, The Rosary Shop charged my credit card for my orderToday is May and I still do not have my order! I have called, left messages, sent email messages, no replyNow when I call their listed number, no one answers and no machine picks up even! I needed the products I ordered no later than May and I told them thatI am so disappointed!! This is the 2nd year this has happenedLast year I finally received my order in August or SeptemberI will never order from them againI just need my product delivered which I already paid for!

On 11-27-15, I placed an order for beads from The Rosary ShopSoon after, I received an email message saying one of the items had been backordered, and to let them know how to proceedI asked them to send along the non-backordered items, but received no confirmation or updateThen, a month later, I received the same automated email letting me know that an item was backorderedAgain I tried to communication through email (their stated preferred method of communication) and received no responseI then tried calling, multiple times at different hours, but no one ever picked upIt is now months later and I'm furiousI keep getting that same automated email every month, it's ridiculousI can't believe they have an A rating from the Revdex.com as it states on their website

I do not recommend purchasing through this company anymoreHere is my experience: I ordered an item at the end of July and the estimated arrival of the item was to be delivered to me by the end of AugustAs this was a custom order, I anticipated and planned for the completion and shipment of my item to take some timeWhat I didn't anticipate was to contact the company a day or so after it was estimated to have arrived by and have them basically inform me that they were not sure how long it would take them to complete my item, ship it to me, if they could even refund me my money because they could not confirm it's arrival by a certain date, etcBecause I specifically ordered it for an event, I requested the item be cancelled and to receive a refundIt has been over business days and my contact person has finally confirmed that a refund has been processedThere are policies on their site that they are not even following and when questioned about it, my contact person directly said, "You need not quote our policies to me furtherI am aware of them, being the one who wrote them in the first place." Although I am pleased with the items I have purchased from them in previous years, I am not pleased of how this was handled by my contact person and the length of time it took for all this to be processedI will not be a customer of theirs again
