I have experienced SEVERAL delivery related issues, including late deliveries (after 11:00 pm), broken containers, inedible food, wrong food orders.
I continue to experience a number of delivery related issues with Catered Fit. I have spoken to several customer service representatives and a manager to attempt to resolve but so far to no avail. While employees were courteous and seemed to want to help, I continue to experience issues with the deliveries.
At this point, I am no longer willing to waste any additional time calling and requesting a service I should receive automatically since I am paying for it. I counted 12 delivery issues in the past 2 months and only called and reported about half of the time. However, since this pattern of defective deliveries continues, I would like to report through more formal channels for a permanent improvement.
Please credit my account to compensate for the defective deliveries as I stated in the complaint. Also, do not charge anything further until I speak with a supervisor.

These issues have been addressed with this member and all necessary credits have been given. This member did not understand our delivery window time frame as stated on our terms and conditions that he agreed to upon purchasing our service. He wanted delivery between certain windows which we stated on our website we can not do. We have made all attempts to rectify his issues and accommodate his requests to the best of our availability. All issues have been resolved and he is currently still a member of our program receiving deliveries.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
While it is true some improvements have been made to the deliveries, I am still occasionally receiving broken/open containers. This is not a clear/sanitary way of handling food deliveries. Specifically, the delivery personnel does not follow best practices (i.e. do not place the meals inside the cooler, as I instructed several times within the past few months). Also, I perfectly understand the terms and conditions but there were more than a few times where the delivery time fell outside of the acceptable window. Please address those pending issues as soon as possible. Thanks again.
Deceptive sales tactics. We were not informed aboutthier auto-renewal service and will not issue full refund
Terrible customer service and would never do business with them again! Deceptive sales tactics, hidden renewal obligations and the owner refuses to speak with us to remedy our situation.
My wife signed up for their 20 meal trial program at a local yoga studio and the sales representative never mentioned the auto-renew payment obligation (yes shame on us for not reading the fine print buried on thier website and that we were never told about!!).
We wanted to try out the meals to see if they would appeal to us. My wife was told there were "no strings attached" and at the end of the trial meal plan we could renew or if not happy, the meals would just stop being delivered and that would be the end of it. We decided it wasn't going to work for us. Based on what we were told when signing up we believed after the trial 20 meals were done it would just stop - but the meals kept coming.
Realizing something wasnt right we called customer service and and we're told we had been billed $572 in advance for the next 20 meals. We requested they cancel immediately and asked for a refund and were told that we were obligated to pay for the additional meals that were delivered even though we had not ordered or eaten them (still in our freezer after a month of trying to get this resolved).
We have called numerous times requesting a full refund but are being told only a partial refund is all they can offer. We have sent emails to the owner which have gone unanswered. The customer service manager says he has the final say and refuses to let us speak to the owner to try and get this resolved. We are happy to send them back the unopened meals we didn't want and didn't sign up for.
I don't know how as an owner of any business that you refuse to speak with an unhappy customer or make any attempts to work out a solution that would have easily resolved this situation.
Buyer beware - the owner does not care about his customers and the manager of support is rude and completely unhelpful.
Refund of the $572 they charged for auto servicerenewal service we were not made aware of.

Hi Eneida,
This issue has since been resolved with the consumer and a refund was processed weeks ago.
I am not sure what information you may need but I have email correspondence from this member agreeing to the refund that was offered in the beginning of this whole process.
Please let me know what else I may need to do as the owner has been out of the country for the last month with limited access to internet and just yesterday received this email.
