Review: I ordered food for a family function.I had a credit with this company of 500.00 and they would not return the money. so for my dad's 80th birthday with 55 people they charged me roughly 810.00 for hamburgers with no cheese no lettece no tomatoes, no pickles that were aweful. nothing to put on top. hotdogs, aweful!,. again with no condiments. baked beans that were good tasting. and coleslaw that was aweful. and potato salad that was so aweful... . when on their website it states that a meal such as this is around 9 dollars a person she charged me 14.00 a person for crap..when I called her she would never call me back. I was just hoping a praying and crossing my fingers that they would even bring food. even tho the did bring it it was discusting. how do you screw up burgers and dogs?Desired Settlement: 9.00 per person times 55 with tax is 529.65800-529.65= 270.35 paid back to me

Review: Many complaints. To start only will take PayPal, tried to pay by check and they said they wouldn't take it. Very hard after we put a down payment down to reach the business. Then they were very sketchy with the contract saying they sent it to us, when they didn't then their machine broke, so they had to get a new one. Never received a signed contract back. Days before wedding they asked for final count. Count was 30 less than originally estimated (150), had to pay the whole amount for the original estimation (150 even though we told them 120 were attending). They say they never asked for the final count a week before but it was in the contract so apparently they have no idea. Wouldn't answer any calls days before wedding and was basically incognito. Thought for sure they wouldn't call back and id be left scrambling for a caterer 2 days before the wedding. Then, they couldn't even get the original planned menu so we had to change last minute. Just paid in full to have food at the wedding...Day of, they arrive late, food was scheduled for 3:15 Everything was on schedule on our side but the whole night was thrown off when food wasn't ready even by 5:15. Then forgot dressing so we weren't even given what we settled on. Final count day of was about 98 with about 20 not making it, and we pretty much completely ran out of food even though we were promised "generous portions." So...paid for 150, less than 100 were there and Groom and I didn't eat so that's even less...And mid way through dinner were told we were almost out of food. On top of that I paid an 18% gratuity...for you to be an hour late serving, forget the dressing and just put food on table(S) you made us rent and pay for. I'm a waitress, and 350 dollars to put food out and walk away and only make so much is NOT a 18% tip. Heck, id do that everyday if that was "standard." But it isn't. At all. Then, was told to contact about salad and refund, okay. Tried, didn't hear back still. Very upset about this considering small claims court now.Desired Settlement: I want at least $150 refund for the salad. I was told $12.99 per plate for 150 people and $14.99 for 120. That would be $187.12 (see attached document for reasoning). Then I want a portion of the gratuity back as well. I will count losses and give 12% instead of 18% desiring $107.92 back based on the 120 people. I will negotiate if you contact back but I am looking for about $445 back and not taking you to court over it.
