are hard to find. At the present time we have not charge anything for this service and again, we are very unclear as to what Ms [redacted] is asking for. We will gladly return this phone, have not charged any service, parts or fees and it is never a guarantee this type of issue can be fixed.

"Next day service" is advertised by A plus computers, they failed to have next day service. I would like my [redacted] deposit back due to poor service to begin with. The employee that had my phone failed to do anything with it for two weeks. Therefore the phone would have more damage to it, because it was sitting there. If parts are hard to find for a phone, or it can't be done through this company, why do they have a phone service? I would like money back besides my [redacted] deposit because it sat there for two weeks untouched, and got more damage to the phone. I googled parts for my phone and found them right away with no problem. It was not hard at all to find parts for the phone. I found the parts on repairpartsplus.com for [redacted] they told me the screen alone would be [redacted] That's a 700% markup. I am very very disappointed in the service this company has tried to provide to a customer.

The item you attached is not the screen, it is only the glass/digitizer. It is also for the original version of your phone, XT1254/XT1225, your phone is XT1585. As stated previously, that website does not have the part required for your phone.
We were not aware that you were coming to pick up the device and the check because the Revdex.com response said you rejected our offer so nothing was prepared ahead of time for you. There is now a check included with your device for [redacted] which is an increase of our original offer, so that you can pick it up at anytime.
