Cates finally sent me a check for $that I deposited in my bank and it has cleared the bankThey included a copy of the original paperwork which had my previous address circled as vacant which is true (like they didn't have an address to send the check to because of the house that is gone) , but to the left of that circle signed in Oct in my own handwriting it clearly shows the check to be sent to my *** *** *** *** ** which in my defense is the very same address they sent the first check to that was lost when I mailed it off for deposit! No brainer on that one, they clearly had an address to send my check to and after almost months of waiting for my payment which the last days they clearly had a correct address to mail me a payment to even after the first months I waited for the check to go voidI have one question thoughIf I hadn't invited the Revdex.com into this unreasonable mess, without any extra late fees being paid to me by cates of which they aren't paying me, would they have ever have paid me unless I pushed the issue, my guess, probably not

TO [redacted].KY LAW STATES THAT WE HAVE TO PAY FOR ALL CARS WITH A CHECK AND REPORT THEM WITH [redacted]WE WERE CALLED AROUND APRIL 14TH 2017 INFORMING US THAT HE NEVER RECEIVED THE CHECK OR CONTACTED CONCERNING THE CHECK... AFTER SAYING HE MADE NUMEROUS CALLS TO US. HE TOLD US THAT HE WAS REPORTING US THE THE SHERIFF.WE INVESTIGATED AND FOUND THE FIRST CHECK NEVER CLEARED THE BANK. WE HAVE ANOTHER CHECK HERE BUT DONT KNOW WHERE TO MAIL IT.WE TRIED MANY TIMES TO CALL AND TEXT NIGHT & DAY AND HE NEVER CALLS US BACK.WE WENT TO THE SHERIFF OFFICE AROUND APRIL 14 TO INFORM THEM OF THE SITUATION . THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHECK IT OUT.IF HE WILL JUST CALL US... WE HAVE THE CHECK AND HE CAN PICK IT UP.WAITING YOUR INSTRUCTION.

[I am not picking up anything up from cates, they have my correct [redacted] and have for many, many months now. I left numerous messages! It was I, that did the research and called them letting them know the check did not clear. They never called me and when I did call them they didn't know anything about it, I also called Cates several times after the six month wait period was over for the check to be uncashable just to get them to return my call. Now they are playing games wasting my time again with their bogus claims that I won't contact them so they can't mail the check. I have contacted them several times the next morning after they have called me and left messages of where to send my funds which again for the 10th or 11th time is [redacted]  just in case in this letter it's just not stated by me clear enough for them to understand this time again where the check is supposed to go. You bet I won't call them after this wasted time. Would any reasonable person? As for the Sheriff I do know him personally and when an item is taken and payment is asked from the purchaser, and it is asked many more times than should have to be beyond reasonable attempts and they still won't make the payment with the proper address provided by me to send the payment.  Well, I do not know anyone who would think that that isn't stealing, for stealing is taking and item and not paying for it. Yes you did pay the first time and yes I have patiently waited for the check to expire. It is not my fault blame the [redacted] all I did was mail it for deposit like I was supposed to do, I have done all I have been asked to do by cates and more. No I won't go on your turf after it has come to this point by cates games to get my check. Why don't you just keep the money you've certainly made it hard enough for me to recover what is due to me, by playing stupid with me? Calling the day after I leave where to send it telling me you don't know where to mail the check to I really don't care anymore. ]
