charge re-parge the face of the stepsWe do not give any warranty on concrete work what so ever due the the weather in the NortheastIt clearly states that on every contractHe did sign the contract and accepted the terms and it was explained parging can last years or year sometime due to the weather we can control the bonding of a parge coat to older concreteI did not here back since I sent estimate so was not sure of the outcome.? I am willing to patch it more time at no charge, but if it comes off again we will not be responsible to fix or patch it againThank You American Design
I am not sure why there is a complaint with Don we have been working on this issue trying to come up with a solution with the concrete company, we offered several options which were not what the customer want so soon as we had time in our schedule we remove the walkway and steps and we are in the
process of replacing the entire thing at no chargeWe were hoping not to have to do this but we take pride in our work and? it wasn't? about the quality? but about a misunderstanding of what the customer explained to my foreman,But once? again we are replacing it at no additional chargeWe only expect to be paid for the original contract amountI am expecting this complaint will be removed upon completionThank You Marc Micare Owner/ Partner?
